Οι Φίλοι της Πάρου και Αντιπάρου απηύθυναν επιστολή στους Υπουργούς Ανάπτυξης, Τουρισμού και Περιβάλλοντος σχετικά με το τουριστικό συγκρότημα που σχεδιάζεται στις Κολυμπήθρες.
Οι φίλοι της Πάρου και, εδώ και τρία χρόνια, της Αντιπάρου: 20 χρόνια μετά!
Έχουν περάσει 20 χρόνια από τότε που 11 άτομα συναντηθήκαν στο μοναστήρι των Αγίων Αναργύρων και αποφάσισαν να ιδρύσουν έναν πρωτότυπο σύλλογο, τους «Φίλους της Πάρου». Αυτά τα 11 άτομα είτε γεννήθηκαν στην Πάρο είτε είχαν αναπτύξει δεσμούς με το νησί μας για δεκαετίες.
Les Amis de Paros et, depuis trois ans, d’Antiparos: 20 ans après !
Cela fait 20 ans que 11 personnes se réunissaient au monastère de Agii Anargiri pour décider de fonder une association quelque peu originale, Les Amis de Paros. Ces 11 personnes, soit elles étaient nées à Paros, soit elles avaient des liens avec notre île depuis des décennies.
The Friends of Paros and, since three years, of Antiparos: 20 years later!
It has been 20 years since 11 people gathered at the monastery of Agii Anargiri to decide to found a somewhat original association, The Friends of Paros. These 11 people were either born in Paros or had ties to our island for decades.

Extension of the airport: a more serene view
Le projet pour l’extension de la piste de l’actuel aéroport suscite des interrogations et des discussions, tant parmi les habitants permanents, que les semi-permanents ou même occasionnels de Paros et Antiparos, et ce d’autant plus que ce projet n’a fait l’objet ni d’une information complète, ni d’un débat ouvert et encore moins d’une consultation de la population dans les règles requises pour ce type de projet.
Extension de l’aéroport: une vue plus sereine
Le projet pour l’extension de la piste de l’actuel aéroport suscite des interrogations et des discussions, tant parmi les habitants permanents, que les semi-permanents ou même occasionnels de Paros et Antiparos, et ce d’autant plus que ce projet n’a fait l’objet ni d’une information complète, ni d’un débat ouvert et encore moins d’une consultation de la population dans les règles requises pour ce type de projet.
Nouvel aéroport, promotion du caractère cycladique de l’île, développement durable: poursuivons le débat !
La discussion entre les habitants de l’île, au sujet du nouvel aéroport, se poursuit en s’approfondissant. Les positions exprimées sont diverses, voire parfois opposées, comme il est normal dans une société ayant atteint une maturité démocratique. Nos sociétés ont besoin de ce type de discussions et il n’est pas étonnant d’observer la multiplication des interventions, y compris sur les réseaux sociaux.

Η συζήτηση μεταξύ των κατοίκων του νησιού για το νέο αεροδρόμιο συνεχίζει να βαθαίνει. Οι θέσεις που εκφράζονται είναι ποικίλες, ακόμη και μερικές φορές αντίθετες, όπως είναι φυσιολογικό σε μια κοινωνία που έχει φτάσει στη δημοκρατική ωριμότητα. Οι κοινωνίες μας χρειάζονται τέτοιου είδους συζητήσεις και δεν αποτελεί έκπληξη να παρατηρούμε τον πολλαπλασιασμό των παρεμβάσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων στων κοινωνικών δικτύων.
New airport, promotion of the Cycladic character of the island, sustainable development: let’s continue the debate!
The discussion among the islanders about the new airport continues to deepen. The positions expressed are diverse, even sometimes opposed, as is normal in a society that has reached democratic maturity. Our societies need these kinds of discussions and it is not surprising to observe the multiplication of interventions, including on social networks.

Οι ΦτΠΑ τάσσονται υπέρ της ανάπτυξης του τρέχοντος αεροδρομίου της Πάρου και της Αντιπάρου. Τα κτίρια που καλωσορίζουν τους επισκέπτες είναι εντελώς ακατάλληλα και ανεπαρκή.

The FoPA is in favour of the development of the current airport of Paros and Antiparos. The buildings that welcome visitors are wholly unsuitable and insufficient.

Δεσποτικό 2021
Οι ανασκαφικές και αναστηλωτικές εργασίες στο Δεσποτικό πραγματοποιήθηκαν και φέτος, παρά τις δύσκολες συνθήκες λόγω της πανδημίας. Η υλοποίηση τους δεν θα ήταν δυνατή χωρίς τις ευγενικές χορηγίες των ΑΙΓΕΑΣ ΑΜΚΕ (Θανάσης & Μαρίνα Μαρτίνου), Ίδρυμα Π&Α Κανελλοπούλου, Ίδρυμα Α.Γ. Λεβέντη, Δήμος Αντιπάρου, College Year Athens, Lamda Development, Μάριον Στασινοπούλου και άλλων ιδιωτών. Για ακόμη μία χρονιά η ηθική και υλική συμπαράσταση του Συλλόγου «Φίλοι της Πάρου» ήταν ανεκτίμητη.
