Dear Friends,
The new year is now well underway, and our association has already entered a particularly active and promising period.
We are currently working on the publication of the fifth volume in our Friends of Paros and Antiparos series, entitled The Cyclades in the High Middle Ages. Once the book is published, a presentation in French will be organised in Athens and Paros this summer, alongside the release of the Greek edition.
At the same time, we are preparing two new issues of The Bulletin, the first for Easter and the second for the summer season.
Many other projects are also underway for the months ahead, including exhibitions, celebrations for the 25 years of the Friends of Paros and the 20 years of our journal, a campaign against noise pollution and over-construction, and financial support for the archaeological excavations at Despotikó, among other initiatives.
To make all of this possible, we need the continued support of our members. Our annual membership fee remains accessible at €50 per year.
By our General Meeting in August 2025, we hope to reach the important milestone of 200 members.
