ΑΜΕΑΙ and FoP Event

On the occasion of the World Day for People with Special Needs, the AMEAI (Centre for People with Special Needs-Capabilities) and the Friends of Paros co-organised an event at Nireas, Naoussa. The main speaker was Nicandros Bouras, Professor of Psychiatry at King’s College, London who had been invited by the FoP and spoke on “Contemporary Trends in Care for People with Special Needs”. After Professor Bouras’s lecture there was discussion on the provision of services to people with special needs in Paros, followed by buffet dinner offered by the Women of Naoussa and a music evening.
